Lose any extra weight that you have put on since being married. This will make you feel better about yourself. Physical relationships should be much more exciting as a result too.
If you think you are less hygienic than before then you must make it better. It’s very easy to let things slip because you are in a loving relationship and don’t have to worry about what people say.
Your marriage really is worth saving you just need to think of a way to make it better. It is difficult for everyone to look after their marriage.
