One critical phase in getting married is finding the perfect ring for your special someone. This task can either take a person hours, days or minutes! When picking a ring a common choice for many appears to be the eternity ring. The eternity ring comes in great variety and will appeal to anyone! One can find eternity rings under different categories such as Engagement Rings, ladies wedding bands, men’s wedding bands, his and her rings, and Pre Set Engaement Rings! Once the best is found it is important to remember there are different setting styles such as prong setting, channel setting, invisible setting, and last but not least pave setting.

A prong setting is sometimes called claw setting. It is the most commonly gemstone setting and works perfectly with the eternity rings. To create a prong setting, a gem is palced into 3 or more metal prongs that form a basket-like base. Once this is completed the ends of the prongs are bent over and shaped so that they rest against the gem to hold it into place. When dealing with channel setting is where the gemstones or diamonds are set in a channel. This specific setting has two walls of metal and between each a gem or diamond is set. Once this is completed the ring appears to be in a suspended groove. An eternity ring would look very nice in a channel setting! Invisible setting is a style in which rows of square princess cut diamonds or gemstones are lined up perfectly next to one another within a metal border. But no metal separates them. This invisible setting is an ideal setting for any type of ring especially the eternity ring. Pave setting is a specific technique for small diamonds. The stones are set tightly together so the end result does not show any metal. When the surface of the eternity ring is covered with small diamonds, the technique itself is called Pav that means paved. It serves, as a great name due to the fact the surface looks somewhat like a street paved with cobblestones. The eternity ring can be a nice ring to choose when searching for rings for different occasions. An eternity ring has variety in the fact it can be used in various amounts of events, an engagement, wedding or promise ring.

Any one of these different types of setting can be a perfect setting for an eternity ring. The choice of setting fully depends on the specific interest in the buyer. An Preset Engagement Rings is very versatile and any type of setting would work well! The exact taste a person has when it comes to choosing a ring is very important.
