Heed these tips so your best man speech makes everyone cry with happiness. First, talk about your own youth and when you met the Groom. People love to hear exactly when and where you two met and why you share a special friendship or why he chose you as the Best Man. After you explain that instance, continue and explain your relationship with God or the Bride. You can easily make the best man speech a religiously toned one, and that is fine, considering marriage is a holy act. Just watch out, don’t offend anyone with strong beliefs that override anyone else’s. So many best men leave out the beautiful bride in their best man speech. I know I accidentally left Julie, the Bride at my friend’s wedding out of my speech. I cracked jokes about the Groom, weather, myself and even the Groom’s Dad but nothing about Julie. Tons of Brides admit they want to be written about during their special day. Don’t be a fool, make sure to add a couple of sentences in your speech so people know your feelings about the Bride. It doesn’t have to be too funny or sentimental, just something that shows you care about this big day of love.
